Refunds and Adjustments

No refunds or adjustments are available for classes missed due to external commitments, illness, injuries, vacation plans, or inclement weather conditions.

Membership Enrollment, Cancellation, and Changes

Our memberships operate on an annual basis, broken down into convenient monthly installments. Tuition is unaffected by attendance or lesson schedules, and holiday periods are already incorporated into our pricing structure. Payments can be made through recurring monthly, semi-annual, or annual installments (we recommended monthly). Please note that installments are non-refundable. Cash and cheque payments are not accepted. To cancel a recurring monthly membership, please provide a 30-day written notice via email prior to your next payment date. If you choose to reenroll in the future, a new registration fee will be charged at that time.

Account Freezing

Members have the option to freeze their accounts for a period ranging from one to two months within a calendar year. Holds must be scheduled for a full billing period within your membership. Written notice must be sent by email prior to the payment date for the month you wish to freeze. Note that memberships cannot be canceled while they are frozen.

Late & Non-Sufficient Fund (NSF) Fees

For new members, tuition is due on the first day of each month. Existing members with different payment dates will be grandfathered in. However, if you wish to switch your payment date to the first of the month, please contact us for prorated tuition adjustments. We strongly encourage this change, as it simplifies future membership modifications.
Declined EFT payments will incur an NSF fee, which will be the amount charged to Endurance Taekwondo.
While we do not impose late fees across our locations, members are expected to settle overdue payments promptly. If you need additional time, please contact us to make arrangements. Students with accounts overdue by more than 14 days will be restricted from attending classes until an arrangement is made.
